Civil Structural Mechanical Electrical Commissioning Technology	Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital Multi-Department Services Plattsburgh, NY BVH provided commissioning services for many hospital departments at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital, including: Emergency Care Unit New 19,000 square foot building includes commissioning of the custom rooftop air handling units, heat exchangers, chilled water systems, humidification system, fan coil units, VAV boxes and exhaust air systems. Renal Dialysis Unit A 10,000-SF tenant fit-out of an existing facility included spot checking the air and water balancing flow and functional testing of all mechanical systems, which included testing the isolation room controls. Commissioning was extended to include the mechanical systems for the infrastructure. Ambulatory Surgery & Endoscopy Center New 21,000-SF medical space includes operating and treatment rooms. The mechanical systems which were commissioned include air handling systems, "Phoenix" air valves, temperature controls, humidification systems, VAV boxes, reheats, connections to existing hot water heating system and clean steam boilers. Center for Women & Children Newly renovated 23,000-SF space within the hospital included mechanical commissioning for the operating rooms, air systems, perimeter fan coils, temperature controls and humidification systems. New Chiller Plant Removal of existing chillers, pumps, cooling towers and a chilled water distribution system in order to build a new and larger chiller plant. System Commissioning included the new 320-ton screw chiller and two new 470-ton centrifugal chillers in addition to a new temperature control scheme, which was designed to maximize plant efficiency.
