Civil Structural Mechanical Electrical Commissioning Technology	Mercantile Exchange Chelsea Harbor Revitalization Norwich, CT The Mercantile Exchange at Chelsea Harbor is a major revitalization effort for the City of Norwich. BVH provided mechanical and engineering services for the base building which houses 80,000 SF of office space, 6,000 SF of retail space, and an enclosed parking facility. It is estimated that over 300 people will work in the office building. BVH also designed tenant improvements for 25,000 SF of creative arts and audio/video production spaces in the new development.
