BVH's projects at Foxwoods include a 1.7-million square foot expansion of the Grand Pequot Tower Hotel and Conference Center and a 140,000-SF High Stakes Casino and Racebook, as well as a central plant, several restaurants, infrastructure master planning, a bingo/function room, offices and support space, a parking garage, casino renovations, and the 250-room Two Trees Inn and Restaurant. BVH provided engineering for more than 5 million square feet of construction, usually on compressed design and construction schedules that required careful project planning for construction, equipment lead time, and working in occupied spaces. Other projects include security equipment upgrades, data center renovations, and chilled water distribution design.
