In addition to 213,000 SF of renovations, new construction includes 11,000 SF of new infill floor over a portion of the existing bleacher area; 12,000 SF of new construction for a new porte cochere and entry vestibule; a 24,000-SF, two-story addition for security, warehouse and mechanical space; and new on-grade parking for approximately 1,000 cars.
