Civil Structural Mechanical Electrical Commissioning Technology	Southern Connecticut State University West Campus Residence Complex New Haven, CT This new 350-student co-ed residence hall, LEED Certified by the United States Green Building Council, offers traditional double rooms and single bedrooms in suite-style housing. All rooms are equipped with cable, telephone, and SCSU's network, RESNET. Each floor of traditional-style rooms has a community bathroom with multiple shower units, toilets and sinks for use by the floor, and a common area lounge equipped with cable television. One half of the facility has suite-style housing with four students per apartment. In the suites, students enjoy their own personal bedrooms while sharing common area living rooms, storage space and entry ways. Additionally, each suite includes two bathrooms. BVH provided mechanical and electrical engineering and technology design services.
