Civil Structural Mechanical Electrical Commissioning Technology	Waterbury Criminal Courthouse Addition, Reuse, & Renovation Waterbury, CT This 150,000-SF, 5-story courthouse with attached 240-car parking structure was designed for the State of Connecticut. The reuse and renovation of an existing historically significant building was critical to the project budget and success. The existing structure was utilized for office and support space and the new construction incorporated the courtrooms, jury rooms and holding cells. In addition to the design work, BVH performed the field inspection of the steel and concrete construction to fulfill the special inspection requirements.
