Civil Structural Mechanical Electrical Commissioning Technology	Middletown Superior Courthouse High-Rise Courthouse Middletown, CT BVH provided structural, mechanical and electrical engineering services for a 7-story, 130,000-SF courthouse for the State of Connecticut. The facility houses administrative offices, judge's chambers, courtrooms, holding cells and a law library. The project also includes a 5-story garage for 365 cars. Other engineering services included code reviews, special structural inspection services, cost analysis, and site evaluation. This high-rise structure is built on private property and is leased to the State of Connecticut. The project was a fast-track design-build effort coordinated with the Architect and the Construction Manager.
